If you're hiring for makeup- I've had a few brides lately who paid to get their makeup done for their wedding/bridals and ended up really NOT liking it. You're the expert of your own face- so it will seem a little weird when someone else does your makeup because you're not used to it - so if you're hiring someone to do the makeup, make sure you do a test run with them before the actual wedding or bridal shoot to see if you're going to like it.
If you're keeping your bouquet- You might look into getting a smaller "toss" bouquet so you don't have to toss yours to some lucky single lady.
If you're having a reception with low-lighting- you might want to choose a slow song for your first dance so the camera has an easier time focusing in the dark.
If you're doing the traditional events of a wedding- like cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss, first dance, and mom/son daddy/daughter dance you might think about having a DJ or someone announce the events over loud speakers so your guests know what's going on.
You know those strings that are attached to the inside of your wedding dress just above your shoulder to keep the dress on a hanger? Cut 'em off. They end up coming out all over the place, and you really won't like them hanging out in your pictures.
Remember that there is no perfect wedding day- Funny things happen at every wedding, but that's when you're able to look back with a good story!
This is also a good time to get details like the dress, the rings, boquet, shoes, cake, etc.
For natural candids, try to act natural. Try not to turn away even though it might be your first instinct. Talking or laughing with a guest makes for great candids.
During the ceremony, rather than focusing intently on the marriage officiator, like this shot here: 
you could look lovingly into your fiancé’s eyes, or take a few glances back at your audience to get shots more like this:
Before the ceremony, discuss with your bride’s maids and groom’s men how they should be holding their hands during the ceremony. Also encourage them to pay attention and look forward! ;) A uniform wedding line looks much better than everyone doing something different in the picture.
During the reception, keep the room well lit. Dimming the lights may create a romantic atmosphere, but it often makes less than ideal lighting for your pictures, and I will have to rely more heavily upon flash.
Most importantly, RELAX and ENJOY your wedding day. It's only going to happen once! Remember to stop and EAT. Most brides get so caught up in greeting guests or taking pictures that they don't take the time to eat. You will feel so much better having some food in you, and feeling good makes for much better pictures!
